This fitout was within the Q4 building at Smales Farm in Takapuna. The tenancy was open plan in design but included meeting rooms, training rooms, a staff kitchen and chill out areas.
Access to the site via the lift and central staircase was prohibited, so a safe access route was provided via a fixed external scaffold and scissor lift.
The fitout was of a high quality finish which was achieved through the extensive use of Victorian Ash timber, glass sliding doors, high level glazing and plasterboard ceilings.
The end product was a fresh, modern, open planned space for one of NZ’s top financial organisations within the North Shores premier business hub. |
