As a direct result of the Canam Group involvement in the E2 Project, we successfully tendered for the Freedom Furniture fit out. This fast tracked, primarily base build fitout consisted of a new staff work area, amenities block and warehouse/racking storage are.
Within the main floor area of the retail unit we provided mains power, feature lighting and altered the fire protection system before installing a new suspended ceiling throughout.
New feature walls constructed from steel stud were erected to suit the Freedom furniture floor plan and all exterior walls were strapped and lined.
The fitout period also allowed for Freedom Furniture’s directly employed subcontractors to commence their work in preparation for the grand opening date.
We successfully handed over this Project on time, and within budget. |
