This contract involved demolishing the existing internal walls and ceilings, and undertaking a fitout to create a workable and modern space, for the new retail branch of BNZ, in the Browns Bay centre.
However once we had commenced onsite, it became apparent that additional floor strengthening and fire rating work would be required. This additional work was attended to promptly, and we accelerated the programme to ensure the original completion date would be achieved.
The fitout works comprised of creating a large open plan workspace which included a new reception area and bank teller counter. All joinery fittings were provided by Canam Joinery. At the rear of the premises we created a staff quiet area, kitchen and washrooms.
Throughout the project we were able to satisfy all the clients requirements and we achieved practical completion as per our original programme. |
